First of all: there are basically three (3) ways we can prepare your Individual or Business income tax return.

• We go to your home, we prepare your tax return there and as long as you have all the information needed, you will know the results before we leave.

• Or You send us your financial information via regular mail, overnight mail, email or through our secure E-Fax line.

• Or You come to our office and we prepare it there.

Once prepared, our software runs diagnostics to make sure everything is technically accurate and ready for transmission.

We then transmit the tax return to IRS and wait approximately several hours for their acknowledgment. Once your tax return is accepted our staff prints out a complete hard copy of your tax return, not just a spreadsheet like the national chains, then we mail it to you.

We can anwwer any question you have on any tax issue.

We answer any question you may have and we dont charge you for any questions throughout the entire year.

We have a basic charge for tax returns (whether its a 1040EZ, 1040A or 1040) or (1120, 1120S, 1065 or 990) once we know what your need is; we provide you with a  fee and there are no hidden charges for addtional forms.
